HIRRA Executive

The HIRRA Executive Committee is responsible for governing the whole organization and reviewing decisions by the Management Committees. All Executive members have a shared responsibility to carry out all Executive roles. Executive members may take particular though not exclusive responsibility for specific Executive roles and some of these responsibilities may be delegated to administrative staff, however the Executive maintains oversight and overall accountability. They meet regularly to consider issues raised by the membership, Committees and staff. They direct and oversee the work of the Executive Administrator and Financial Administrator to ensure the continued smooth operation of the whole organization.
